In C#, File.Open, File.OpenRead, and File.OpenWrite are all methods used to open files, but they differ in
access level, intent, and flexibility:
File.Open(string path, FileMode mode)
Most flexible: lets you specify file mode, access (read/write), and sharing.Requires a FileMode, and optionally FileAccess and 
FileShare.
// Example: open for read and write
var stream = File.Open("data.txt", FileMode.OpenOrCreate, FileAccess.ReadWrite);
File.OpenRead(string path)
Opens a file read-only.Returns a FileStream with FileAccess.Read.
Equivalent to:
File.Open(path, FileMode.Open, FileAccess.Read, FileShare.Read);
using var stream = File.OpenRead("data.txt");
File.OpenWrite(string path)
Opens a file write-only.If the file exists, it overwrites from the beginning (but does
not truncate).If the file doesn't exist, it is created.
Equivalent to:
File.Open(path, FileMode.OpenOrCreate, FileAccess.Write)
using var stream = File.OpenWrite("data.txt");
